What areas you send orders to?

We ship orders to any address of the world! We ship your order via Traceable Courier Service. All of our products are in stock for fast delivery. However orders are sent upon payment clears (usually 24 hours after order is received). Only during weekdays, no shipping on weekends.

The delivery time is:

  • USA Priority Mail 3-5 business days
  • USA Express Mail 2-3 Business days
  • Mexico Ground Mail 5-7 Business Days
  • Other countries (Europe, Poland, Czech Rep., Hungary, Slovakia, UK, Asia, Australia, Africa, North America, South America, Central America, etc.)

Please contact us either by phone or e-mail to receive more information as delivery times may vary. Remember, the time frame of your order’s delivery begins AFTER we ship your order, not from the time you place it. After the parcel is sent out, it gets a tracking number assigned and an e-mail notification plus instructions are sent to you at that point your order status can be trace.

IMPORTANT! Make sure to provide a correct and valid shipping address, as well as telephone number. We ship to either physical addresses or P.O. Boxes.

We ship monday thru friday with a few exceptions. Our cut off times are the evenings before so we can prepare the orders for the following morning. There are times when extenuating circumstances or conditions beyond our control prevent us from holding to our normal shipping schedule. If this is the case you will be notified. However, about 99% of the time you can expect your order to be shipped according to our regular schedule.

Your order will ship to you at the cost shown when checking out if placing order on-line or the amount quote to you if placing order over the phone. By placing your order, either by phone or via the Internet, you automatically accept the associated costs charged to your credit card.

The minimum charge to send product overseas is $32.00 US dlls., and $18.00 US dlls to Mexico.

We cannot guarantee delivery as we are not the carrier that performs that service. Once we complete your shipment with the carrier, the mail delivery system takes over. If your shipment does not arrive, contact us and we will run a trace on the shipment. Each customer receives a tracking number on their shipment to further follow up. Other than that, there is nothing we can do. You can register a complaint with the carrier. In the mean time we have done what we can to explain the process and therefore we cannot provide a refund for non-delivery of the shipment. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
